Jason is an active, give 110%, strategic, researching, clarifying, systematic kind of guy who wants excellence and tangible results in everything that he does, hence the warrior-architect. š From the time that I was young, there are a few things that have always been motivating and important to me. Figuring things out and simplifying, approaching things from a ābuildingā perspective, and making sure that people are valued and protected. This led me into different arenas such as training, coaching, and empowering people in various nations in partnership with a non-profit/ministry organization, owning and operating a small electrical contracting company, becoming a Certified Behavioral Consultant and a Certified Life Coach, and empowering people in their identity, purpose, and how to change the world in practical, positive ways. In my free time I can be found hanging out with my family, playing some kind of sport, active outside somewhere, or researching and figuring something out.
Esther, a born and raised Dutch/Indonesian girl that loves inspiring and motivating people and lives life with a positive, fun, optimistic-āyou can do it tooā attitude. She has always seen potential and greatness in herself and sees it in everyone around her. For as long as I can remember, I have loved to talk, sing, and inspire people to be and see all the greatness that is inside of them. As an inspiring-communicator I have motivated and inspired many people in different nations to believe in themselves and see the potential that is already there. Iām also a mom, the wife of an amazing husband, and hanging out as a family is my favorite thing! While most of my family is VERY active and athletic, you can find me playing games, doing a puzzle, or watching a good show and listening to music.
Weāve been married for almost 2 decades, weāre the parents of 4 AMAZING kids, and we love each other more than ever before! We have lived in a few different countries and currently call SoCal, USA, our home. Our life journey has taken us through times of being employees, operating a small business, vocational ministry, and other leadership roles which developed a focus of finding ways to make the world a better place.
The driving force of our lives (our true north), and ultimately the foundation for what we offer in business, is the Value of Humanity. We believe that everyone has God-given value and greatness inside of them! It just needs to be discovered and released. Thereās too much focus on āweaknessesā and what is āwrongā with people. Our approach is to help find what is right in and about them.
We also believe that everyone was created with the ability to be a solution to the people around them. We want to see everyone understand their value and identity, unleash their purpose, and be a solution to the world around them resulting in positive change.
